• Refunds not permitted after 10 days
• Product must be unworn and untarnished for a full refund
• To initiate return and/or refund,  email derrick@ionclothing.com - state reason for return 
• Allow 10 business days for refund to original payment method
• Exchanges can be made on IOM merchandise only and buyer to pay cost of shipping
